How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over £45. Below that, the shipping fee is shown at checkout.
How do returns work?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Start the return from your order details page.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT. No additional tax is added at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer. Card payments are protected by 3D Secure.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check the status under “My orders” in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. züchane ships to Türkiye, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in the currency of your region.
Why do prices differ between countries?
Prices are set per market because exchange rates, local tax rules and shipping costs differ. Changing the country selector updates prices to that market’s currency and tax display.
When will an out-of-stock item be available?
Restock time varies by product. Use the notify option on the product page to hear as soon as it is back in stock.
